Weekend incidents keep paramedics busy

Local paramedics responded to 93 incidents over the past weekend, including a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist and a two-vehicle crash on Sunday. 

Parkland Ambulance says they were called to an early-morning crash Sunday morning, about 20 kilometres east of Prince Albert on Highway 55. Paramedics cared for two men, aged 36 and 30, following a two-vehicle crash 20 kilometres east of the city around 5:30 a.m. Both men were taken to hospital in stable condition. 

Later on Sunday, one man was taken to hospital in good condition following a collision between a car and cyclist at Third Avenue and 13 Street West. The incident happened around 3:25 p.m.
