Saskatchewan government looking to spend in light of growing revenues

Saskatchewan's revenues have been growing significantly and the government isn't keeping the money in the bank balance for long.

Even though there is several more weeks before the budget, the dollars is being put toward what is being described as critical needs.

Revenues had grown to over $10 billion at mid-year and that number has continued to increase since.

So Finance Minister Ken Krawetz feels that gives him the wiggle room to spend.
