Farm Credit Canada's “Drive Away Hunger” program is another huge success.

For two weeks the FCC has been collecting food for the food bank.

Jennifer Graham with the FCC says they have collected a lot of food — around 800 pounds.

“It was very successful this year, as always.  We had great success from PA and the surrounding area… we’ve likely exceeded our goal.  We have definitely made a huge donation today,” said Graham.

The FCC delivered the items to the food bank at 2 p.m..

“This is a way Farm Credit can give back to the community.  We know hunger is an issue.  This is a way our community can pull together and help those in need,” said Graham.

Tomorrow is “World Food Day”.
