Report says business owners are happy

Small business owners in Saskatchewan are the happiest in western Canada.

That's what the Canadian Federation of Independent Business monthly barometer revealed last month.
Marilyn Braun-Pollon is the vice-president for CFIB in Saskatchewan.

She said the fact that harvest wrapped up in October helped stabilize that index number.

The report also shows both Manitoba and PEI business owners are the least optimistic.
