A tragic end to a missing persons case.
RCMP say the remains of Francis Nawakayas were found Sunday afternoon on the Red Earth First Nation.
Nawakayas was last seen Oct. 28 when she was scheduled to travel to Shoal Lake First Nation.
Local people from Red Earth First Nation located her remains in the river. Foul play is not suspected.
An autopsy has been ordered and will take place in the coming day or two.
