Police interrupt drug deal

A drug deal in Prince Albert was stopped by city police.

Transaction took place Nov. 3, in the 1200 block of Central Avenue, said police.

Three men were arrested – 22-year-old Drew Ballantyne, 28-year-old Damien Ballantyne, and 29-year-old Curtis Merasty.

Drew Ballantyne was fined and released.

The other two will appear in court at a later date.
