Dec 1, 2010 | 9:32 AM

Advantage Credit Union is very pleased to announce our “Give a little Life” health initiative!

Advantage Credit Union is proud to be the title sponsor of the annual Rawlco Radio “Give a Little Life” pledge day which is happening on December 3rd, 2010, in support of the Victoria Hospital Foundation. Rawlco will be broadcasting live that day at the Victoria Hospital. They will also be visiting several of our branch locations between November 29th to December 2nd to talk about what we are doing locally to enhance health care.

In support of local health care, we have expanded this valuable health care initiative into each of our branch communities. For the month of November, most of our branches will be hosting a fundraiser and selling “Give A Little Life” wall cards for a toonie (or whatever you wish to donate) to post in our branches. The proceeds will be donated to a local health care facility such as a hospital, nursing home, foundation or auxiliary. This is the first year that we do this fundraiser, and plan to continue for years to come.

In addition to the “Give a little Life” wall cards, if you wish to support any of these health care initiatives, the following fundraisers are taking place:
