Police investigate death

Police have confirmed they have discovered a dead body.

They received a call to the 100 block of 18th St. E. just before 12:30 p.m.

They found an unconscious 51 year old woman on porch of a home. Parkland Ambulance pronounced the woman dead on scene.

Officers on scene said it does not look suspicious. According to police the cold temperature overnight was likely a contributor to her death.
