Prince Albert man faces drug charges

A 35-year-old man from Prince Albert is facing charges, following a drug bust made in Northern Saskatchewan last week.

Members of the Pinehouse RCMP detachment seized a quantity of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia during a vehicle stop in the community of Pinehouse Lake, Feb. 18.

The accused is charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

He will make his first court appearance Apr. 11 in Pinehouse Lake.
