Mintos hang on to beat the Argos

The Prince Albert Mintos outlasted the Notre Dame Argos 5-4 Friday at the Art Hauser Centre to take the opener of their best-of-five Midget AAA semi-final series. The Mintos survived a third period charge by the Argos, who scored twice in the final frame despite being out shot by P.A.. The Argos host game two Sunday 7:30 p.m..P.A will host game three on Tuesday, 7 p.m. at the AHC.
