Riders make minor trade with Edmonton Eskimos

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have made a minor deal with the Edmonton Eskimos.

The Roughriders have traded defensive back Ladarius Key to the Eskimos for the return specialist Tristan Jackson.

Jackson came into the league with an impressive rookie season, taking three punt returns all the way for touchdowns. Jackson has had less impressive numbers in the last two seasons due to injuries.

Key has never dressed for the Roughriders after time on the practice roster since originally signing near the end of the 2009 season.
