Medical files found in Regina recycling bin

The last place you'de expect to find personal, medical files would be intact in a dumpster.

That was the case Wednesday in Regina as files were found intact in a paper-recycling bin behind the Albert Park Medical Centre.

The NDP had received a tip from a citizen about the files and people from the province's information and privacy commission were digging through to see just how many files had been dumped.
