Gold Eagle Casino dealer, patrons charged

A dealer and six others at the Gold Eagle casino in North Battleford have been accused of cheating and theft after an RCMP investigation resulted in charges.
The others were people who visited the casino. All are from North Battleford and surrounding communities.
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority initially investigated the situation alonside the Indigenous Gaming Regulators. They then contacted the RCMP.
Those charged are to appear in provincial court on May 30.
