More than a political song and dance

Jack Layton, federal NDP leader, made a stop in La Ronge this afternoon.
He arrived for a barbeque at 3:30 p.m. and pulled out just before 5 p.m.
He rounded out the tour of the northern village by accompanying Lawrence Joseph, NDP candidate for Desnethe-Missinippi-Churchill River, with a song.
There were no big promises made, but Layton did hint to things coming out in his platform tomorrow.
