Saskatoon police have arrested a 16-year-old boy with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and possession of a stolen vehicle after a 17-year-old boy was found with a seemingly mysterious injury Tuesday morning.
Initially, police weren't sure why a 17-year-old boy with serious head trauma was left in an alley in the 100 block of 33rd Street West. Officers now believe the accused 16-year-old and the 17-year-old victim were in a stolen vehicle together when it got into an accident in the 1300 block of Ave E North just before 3:30 a.m.
The accused allegedly ditched the injured 17-year-old in an attempt to hide his trail. The victim remains in critical condition.
