Good Morning Fitstars!

We had a great time at the Ranch in Prince Albert Wednesday night! Thank-you,

Everyone worked really hard in week 1 and the scale showed us!!

Congratulations to our Top 2 Biggest Losers on the scale!

Introducing……….Tami,

She has already removed and amazing 9.8 unhealthy, unwanted pounds!!

Wow, she is a woman on a weight-loss mission!

This Fitstar challenge is a chance of a life time for her to change the way she thinks, She climbed that hill during our endurance challenge last night with such courage and determination in her eyes! Even short of breath! she pushed her self to finish strong and even sprinted to the finish! Way to go Tami!!

Baby steps accumulate to huge changes over time. Courage and confidence is what will take her to the top. Slow and steady can win this race! maybe even $250.00!!

The key for Tami is to stay in the game and believe she can do what ever she puts her mind to! It was a hard hill to get to the top of, but,

Trust that this is only the beginning she is going to be a Star.

Introducing……….Arlene, Congratulations on your Big loss in Week 1, She has already melted off 3.4 unwanted pounds.

Wow, We see a fighter in her! The hill climb didn't even change the smile on her face! She hit the road with a ” can do ” grin and never looked back!

Arlene made it to the top in Week 2! We believe she is a great leader! Arlene is here to change her life and maybe help us change the lives of others!

Way to grin and bear it Arlene, We are so proud to have you as a Fitstar leader!

Both of our winners took home a new training tool for their efforts, The Fitstar Menu, so watch out team, these two Fitstars are now armed and dangerous!

It is likely that one of these woman will win the big prize here in season 6!

Trainer Tip:

Don't expect perfection!

You will mess up, make mistakes and forget what you are fighting for along the way. The key is persistence and willingness to learn from your mistakes.

Focus on what you have done right instead of dwelling on your bad habits. Try to strive for 90%effort every day instead of thinking you have to work at100%during your journey.

Keep it simple, eat clean 90% of the week. Journal all of your food and aim to earn the minimum of 4 Fitstars every week.

The only 100% we want is…………..That you show up every single week at the Ranch for our Challenge!

Give that goal 100%
