Prince Albert Has Proclaimed Leave a Legacy Week

Whereas every day in Prince Albert people’s lives are enriched by the work of charities or non-profit organizations in our community and financial assistance is essential to support this good work

And whereas by making a gift through their will or an estate plan to the charity or non-profit group of their choice, individuals can contribute to help people in need;

And whereas the Leave a Legacy program encourages individuals to make a difference in the lives that follow through a planned gift;

I, Mayor Jim Scarrow, do hereby proclaim the week of May 1 – 7, 2011 in the City of Prince Albert as
Leave a Legacy Week.
