Highway 55 accident reduces traffic

An accident on Highway 55, about 20 kilometres east of Prince Albert, had traffic reduced to one lane this morning.
It happened just before 10:30 a.m. when one vehicle rear ended an SUV, sending it into the ditch on the other side of the highway.
Buckland Fire and Rescue, Parkland Ambulance and RCMP were on scene.
One person was injured and taken to the Victoria Hospital by ambulance.
Crews wrapped up at the scene around noon..
