It’s been a busy week in Prince Albert and the Community Groups have special events coming up – and special events past. Within the Community Group News is celebration of accomplishment, promotion of events and community education.

What’s Coming Up:
Ø Cruise Night and Motor Madness – North Central Saskatchewan and Manitoba's Largest Cruise Night starts Friday August 12th in the newly expanded northern lights casino mega parking lot. Vehicle exhibitors from over 300 kms away attend this annual event.

Fundraisers and Community Involvement:
Ø Donations are needed (furniture, house hold items and clothing). A house fire killed 2 people from the Timber Bay community near Montreal Lake First Nation. The people had 8 kids between them. Celebrate Our Accomplishments:
Starting this week panow.com’s Community Group News is posting each of the 67 nominees for the Badge of Respect and Peace Award. Nominated children had to meet strict criteria and it is a great thing to celebrate these 67 up and comers in our community.
