Woman in hospital after being hit by car in Saskatoon

A woman is in hospital after being hit by a car in Saskatoon.

Police say it happened just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning in a business parking lot by 8th Street and Acadia Drive.

The car fled, but a witness was able to identify the driver.

Police found the person was found a short time later, and is facing several charges.

No word on the condition of the woman.
