Details released in bank robbery

Police are releasing more information in Tuesday’s bank robbery.

It happened at about 1:15 p.m. at the Diamond North Credit Union on the 200 block of 28th St. W.

A man entered the bank, showing the teller what appeared to be a weapon and demanded money.

He then left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, heading west.

No one was injured in the incident.

According to surveillance video, the man wore a black hoodie. He was about five-foot-six and between 30 and 50 years old. He had a graying scruffy beard and moustache and walked with a limp in his left leg.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 953-4222 or Crimestoppers at 922-TIPS

The Prince Albert Police Service continues to investigate.
