Saskatchewan leads Canada with population boom

According to Statistics Canada, two of the three fastest growing Canadian cities are in Saskatchewan.
Saskatoon's population numbers came in with the highest gains, with 27.7 people for every thousand between 2009 and 2010.
Regina came in third with 22.3 for every thousand.
Vancouver rounded out the list at number two.
International migration is cited as the reason for the population boom in Saskatchewan.
