Anna Wilkes, the mother accused in the death of her toddler, appeared by video at Regina Provincial Court Tuesday morning, July 26.
Her lawyer set over the case to the afternoon of August 24, when a date for a preliminary hearing is to be set.
In early May, the body of Wilkes’ three-year-old son Nylan Clarke was found in a burned van in a backyard on the 200 block of Halifax Street.
It is alleged Wilkes tried to set the van on fire with the child's body inside to conceal evidence.
