RCMP warn public of high-risk offender

RCMP have put out a public safety alert regarding a very high-risk offender.

Under the Saskatchewan Public Disclosure Act, RCMP are alerting residents in the Quinton area of Murray Allan Hill who has relocated to the Village of Quinton, just east of Raymore.

Hill has a long history of sexual offences he’s committed against young girls and boys that he’s related to or that he’s developed a trusting relationship with.

He is not to have any unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 16. Supervision must be by an adult familiar with Hill’s criminal history. Hill cannot attend within 50 meters of any park, playground or school ground, swimming area, daycare, recreation/community centre, library or any other place that children under the age of 16 can be expected to be present. Hill is also not allowed to be employed or volunteer in any way that would bring him in contact with any child under the age of 16.

Hill is described as a Caucasian male, with brown eyes and grey hair. He is 62 years old, 5' 11″ and weighing 280 lb.
