Illness outbreak hits Herb Bassett Home

Visitor restrictions have been put in place at the Herb Basset Home in Prince Albert.

The Prince Albert Parkland Health Region declared a respiratory and gastrointestinal illness outbreak at the Golden Hill unit on Sunday.

So far a total of seven residents are sick.

This means visitor restrictions are in place, and visitors are asked to reschedule their visits until after the outbreak is over.
