Saskatoon man accused of drugging, assaulting 7-year-old girl
A Saskatoon man has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl, as well as making child pornography, over the span of two months.
Michael John Slough, 43, was arrested June 18, in Willow Bunch, Sask.
Staff Sgt. Ron Weir, provincial coordinator for the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit, said the crimes were brought to their attention with a computer last fall.
“There was a laptop that was turned over to the Saskatoon Police Service which led us to, forensically view it and examine it, and that’s how we found the evidence involved.”
