Canadian Age Group Swimming Champions
Kendall Horan has just returned from Canadian Age Group Championships, this competition is where over 800 of the fastest under 18 swimmers from across Canada come together and race to for ranking and best times.
This event was held in Quebec city Quebec.
Kendall did very well! She swam right on her best times and placed 19th in her best event the 50 Backstroke. This was her first time attending the competition and placing in the top 20 which is incredible for the first time qualifying and attending. These meets are always a great experience and learning tool.
The more our swimmers attend these level competitions the better they will continue to swim at them. This was a stepping stone for Kendall because next week she and Tristan Anderson-Woodsworth are going to compete in the Western Canada Summer Games in their best events.
