P.A. Fire Department responds to house fire on Friday evening

Grey smoke could be seen in the west flat of Prince Albert as firefighters worked to contain a house fire on Friday evening.

The Prince Albert Fire Department had trucks and several crew members on location around 5:30 p.m.

The home, located on the corner of 13th St. W. and 4 Ave., had visible damage to the exterior as smoke flowed out the windows.

Witnesses said the smoke looked to be coming from the upstairs kitchen of the home. Witnesses also said no one was in the home at the time of the incident.
