The Prince Albert Mintos will be without their head coach for a while.

On Thursday, the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League announced they had suspended Ken Morrison for seven games. Morrison was levied a game misconduct after the buzzer of the Mintos’ 7-6 Game 1 playoff victory on Sunday against the Saskatoon Blazers.

Morrison received two games for the argument itself against the officials, four games for being a repeat offender, and another game for the misconduct coming within the last 10 minutes of the game.

Back on Nov. 24, Morrison was suspended for three games after being ejected with a game misconduct.

Morrison served one game of the suspension, sitting out Game 2’s 5-4 loss to the Blazers at the Art Hauser Centre, and will have six more games to serve.
