Debate Announced for By-election in the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert

The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a debate for the upcoming by-election in the RM of Prince Albert.

“We are excited to hold the debate for this by-election,” said Elise Hildebrandt, CEO of the Chamber. “It is vital that voters have as many opportunities as possible to learn about the candidates in this election prior to making their choice. This debate will help provide that information to constituents in the RM of Prince Albert.”

The date for the debate has been set for Tuesday, June 4, 2019, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the John M. Cuelenaere Public Library theatre room in Prince Albert.

There is no cost to attend and is open to the public.

“The Chamber expects that this debate will allow people to ask questions directly to the candidates and become more interested and involved in the democratic process,” said Hildebrandt.
