Apr 8, 2019 | 12:21 PM

Five people charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of a man at a local apartment building last month were back in court in Prince Albert Monday morning.

The five accused – four men and one woman – are charged in the death of Kristopher Charles. The 22-year-old died after an incident March 22 at the Rivercrest Apartments building in downtown Prince Albert.

Charged in connection with his death are Kenneth Raymond Bear, Emilio Bouvier, Keegan Dustin Eagle, Joseph Ernest Okemaysim and Lindsay Rae Henderson.

The four men are scheduled to be back in court April 30, while Henderson is set to appear again on April 15.

Police have said the accused and Charles were known to each other. The incident is not related to the death of a toddler that also took place in the same apartment building in March, police said.
