Update: 20-year-old found safe

Update: RCMP say Josie Brenda Lee Head was found safe.

Ahtahkakoop and Shellbrook RCMP members are seeking any information on the whereabouts of Josie Brenda Lee Head who was reported missing today, April 5.

The 20-year-old was last seen April 3 at the Mistawasis High School. She has ceased all contact with family since 3 p.m. April 4.

Head is described as an Indigenous female, 5’5” tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has shoulder-length dark hair.

When she was last seen, Head wore blue jeans, a black Bench jacket with a pink logo and lining and red running shoes.

She last said she was in Prince Albert and may be heading to the James Smith First Nation.
