Mintos fall 0-2 in exhibition weekend

A tough weekend for the Prince Albert Mintos finishing up their final pre-season exhibition weekend 0-2.

On Saturday the Mintos battled the Saskatoon Blazers but were taken down in the second half with a final score of 3-2. 

And the tought weekend continued when the Mintos faced Beardy’s Blackhawks on Sunday afternoon getting shot down 4-3. 

Despite the losses turnout seemed to go up starting out around 200 people on Saturday and jumping up an extra 100 people on Sunday.

The Mintos are now finished their pre-season exhibition and will face the Saskatoon Blazers for a rematch to kick off their regular season this Saturday.
