Cruisers Track Club
The CRUIZERS Track is a not for profit group that concentrates on athletes born in 2000 or later (15 & Under). The basis of the training includes fundamentals in all areas of
track & field disciplines while having fun during the training.
Besides the training at Vicker’s School, we have created a diverse plan of exciting and new training days to offer athletes at this stage, which will include but not limited to:
Pool Training,
Little Red which will include biking,
Days at the Field House Track and
Special guest coaches.
Head Coach
Marvin has been coaching athletics for over 20 years. He is certified in Run Jump Throw as an introduction coach for young athletes, a full level 1 coach for all disciplines and a level
2 coach in throws. He has coached for Team Saskatchewan at several North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) and recently coached young athletes within a local club for
the past two years. He takes his love and knowledge of the sport and combines it with his fun and games to create an environment for his athletes that they love.
Personal achievements as a senior athlete include 12 medals at 4 North American Indigenous Games as a sprinter from 1993-2007. In his years of coaching many of his
athletes has seen success at all levels from record breakers/setters and aggregate winners at P4A, Provincial Champions and NAIG champions.
