Teen with machete arrested at Regina business

A machete and a bloody face made the night before New Years Eve an eventful one at a Regina business in Coronation Park.
Just after midnight on Wednesday, a man walked into a business on the 3800 block of Sherwood Drive, near Lewvan Drive.
According to police, the man had a machete and wanted a cab.
Police were called, and when officers arrived they arrested two people, one of whom’s face was bleeding.
Only one of the people arrested was charged. A 17-year-old man is facing possesion of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and failure to comply charges. His name cannot be released because he is under 18, as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
