LJ Tyson – Spotlight on Talent
Jan 5, 2015 | 12:48 PM
Time warped from the year 1994, Prince Albert pop artist LJ Tyson is bringing back what we loved about the nineties: fun and catchy pop songs.
With lyrics inspired by real life heartbreak, LJ’s songwriting echoes a Tragic Kingdom era via Gwen Stefani, while on the performance side, he emulates the teenage nonsense of Billy Joe Armstrong during his Dookie days.
Catchy lyrics and fun guitar riffs would seem dull without a unique voice to compliment them. LJ’s voice is a “you gotta hear it,” and definitely a fresh new sound to listeners.
The mix of nineties nostalgia and a fresh unique voice makes LJ’s future very exciting! “
