RCMP investigate murder-suicide

 Melfort RCMP are investigating the deaths of a 46-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman.

The two were found dead Friday night. The Major Crimes North Unit is considering the deaths to be a murder-suicide.  

Melfort RCMP said the residents in the City of Melfort are not in danger and they are not looking for any suspects regarding the incident.

More details surrounding the deaths should be known after the autopsies are completed on Tuesday.

The next of kin have not been notified so the names of the man and woman have not been released.
