Children’s Choice Child Development Centre has opened its fifth location, and this one is located in St. Francis School.

It held a grand opening celebration on Friday morning. This is the third location developed in partnership with the Prince Albert Catholic School Division.

There are currently 40 children enrolled, but the daycare centre is large enough for 50 children, said Gail Szautner, executive director for Children’s Choice. This location accommodates children aged 18 months to 12 years.

Szautner said the aspect they celebrate the most is the connection to St. Francis School. She described the partnership as “one big family.” She said it’s not just that the daycare is located inside the school, they are also going to work on a lot of projects together.
