Gwyn, was known for her loving nature, kind spirit and thoughtful heart. She will be remembered with deep affection by all who knew her, and her life will be cherished as one marked by devotion, quiet strength and the simple joys she found in everyday living. Family was at the center of Mom’s life, she took great pride in the people she loved and the close bonds she maintained throughout her life.
Mom (Grannie, GG) had many interests that brought her happiness and gave her days purpose. She always had a project close at hand as she was an avid quilter, knitter, card player and many puzzles were completed.
Mom retired from her work with the library but always maintained her love of books. She was a devoted reader, sometimes having 3 books on the go. Often falling asleep with a book in her hand.
Gwyn’s life was one of devotion, grace and enduring affection. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will remain a source of comfort and gratitude to those who loved her.
