City lifting playground access restrictions at Little Red River Park

There is some good news being offered to families who frequent the playground at Little Red River Park.

Parks and Open Spaces manager Tim Yeaman confirmed for paNOW that they are looking at re-opening access on Friday in time for the weekend.  

“With the North Sask now peaked and concerns with the Spruce River cresting now passing, I believe we are confident to allow access to the public at that time,” he said. “We will look at removing signage and fencing in the morning.”
