Deanna Jeanne Begrand, 84, of Watrous SK, passed away June 9, 2026, with her family by her side. Dee, was born to parents (Jeanne and Edward Vandale), April 1, 1942, in Prince Albert SK. Dee graduated from Teachers College in Regina SK and received her teaching diploma. She was married to the late Bob Begrand, the love of her life. Dee is survived by her four children & their spouses Gisele (Jim), Nicole (Kerry), Monique (Nelson) and Rob (Louise). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dee was predeceased by her grandson Marshall Lussier. Dee was an accomplished creator and adventurer. A painter, seamstress, decorator and musician, she created a beautiful world around her. She saw most of our country and much of the world, always ready for an adventure. Dee devoted her time and brought her beautiful energy to the many communities that she lived in, making dear friends everywhere. Dee was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Louis Roman Catholic Church on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Phong Tran as celebrant. Interment of the Urn will follow at the St. Louis Parish Cemetery. Donations in memory of Dee may be directed to a charity of personal choice.
