Our club members got hands-on experience with a calving simulator at the University of Saskatchewan on February 20th. Following that, we had a fun club activity of going to the APEX trampoline park for the afternoon.
We hosted a fundraising auction on Facebook in April. A big thank you to everyone who donated items and supported our online auction. It was a great success!
We would like to invite everyone to our 4-H weekend coming up in June. Our local Achievement Day Show will be in Weldon on Saturday, June 6th. Following that, we head into the Exhibition Grounds in Prince Albert for the Regional Female Show on Sunday, June 7th and the Steer Show and Sale on Monday, June 8th.
If you are unable to attend the steer sale in person and would like to support, the sale will be broadcasted on www.dlms.ca
As our 4-H season is coming close to an end, we would like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who supports our club. We are incredibly fortunate and greatly appreciate having such great supporters in and around our communities.
