Prince Albert snow clearing operations to continue all weekend

Following Tuesday’s big snowfall in Prince Albert, city crews are continuing to clear away snow and ice from roadways.

According to Friday’s update from the City, major routes and the downtown are cleared and operations on transit routes will continue through the weekend.

Residents may notice crews beginning work in the back lanes.

“Due to the high volume of snowfall this winter, we are now dedicating additional Roadways and Sanitation resources to push paths through back lanes to improve access and support spring melt and runoff,” the City said.
