Join us for Carousel of Time, a new exhibition by emerging artist and young mother Janaya McCallum.
With hyper-vibrant colours and kaleidoscopic prairie imagery, McCallum explores identity, heritage, and our relationship with the land.
A recurring symbol in the work is the familiar kokum scarf (hustka), reflecting the intertwined histories of Ukrainian and Indigenous cultures.
From migrating geese and patchwork farmland to flowing scarves and glowing mountain landscapes, the exhibition invites viewers to slow down and reflect on memory, nostalgia, and the places that shape us.
