Kevin Lunny
1972 – 2026
It is with extreme shock and broken hearts we announce the sudden and tragic death of Kevin Joseph Lunny on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Kevin was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 12, 1972. He leaves us to be mourned by his mother, Patricia Lunny, who gave her support and love for 53 years; his sister Debby and brothers David (Carol), Allan (Denise), and Garnet. He was predeceased by his oldest brother Holly. He also leaves behind 10 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews, and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
Kevin was a people person. He loved making a good joke. While working in his younger years he worked at Mr. Sub. His co-workers there they nicknamed him “Chuck” as he was very much a Chuck Norris look-a-like. Kevin worked at Brays Pet Store (now closed) for a while also where he learned a lot about pets and acquired a caring way with them. Kevin’s last position was with Golden Fire Extinguishers and worked diligently for the last 18 years. He was well liked by his customers and his employer Guy.
