Roseanne Chamryk

The sudden passing of Roseanne Marie Chamryk took place January 9, 2026. Roseanne was born September 27, 1961. She was 64 years young.
Roseanne will be remembered by many; she wore several hats and crossed many paths in her lifetime. She will be held forever close in our hearts, especially her daughter, Jennifer Niven and family.
She was a chef, a talented one that could whip up a gourmet meal out of minimal ingredients. Nothing went to waste. She loved to paint and create crafts for family, friends, and annual fairs. She had a green thumb, a few in fact. Her home was a jungle of indoor plants and treasured memories that she collected over the years. Her vegetable, herb, and flower gardens thrived; she was always eager to get her hands in the dirt when the weather started to warm up.
She loved to forage seasonal berries, mushrooms and medicinal plants.
She cooked for much of her life in the northern bush, she was an amazing camp cook.
She was someone who told it straight. Her sarcasm was not for the weak. She laughed a lot and made others around her laugh too. She had a heart of gold and would do all that she could for anyone in need. She was selfless.
Roseanne and Gordon Niven became parents in April 1987. She was an amazing mother. She was my best friend. She always told me, Jennifer, that I am the love of her life. Words cannot express how much I feel the same. She taught me to be strong, to stand up for myself, and be a great human like she was. Being an only child, I was spoiled, spoiled with so much love. One cannot begin to imagine my appreciation of my mother and father.
She has many loved ones who greeted her in heaven. She is now with her mother Linda “Caroline” Burnett whom she missed dearly everyday. I am sorry that I now feel the same pain.
You were loved dearly on this earth while you walked it, and you will continue to be loved deeply until we meet again.
Rest easy, keep an eye on us and continue to fill our hearts with love through everlasting memories.
I love you mama bear.
