Young robber receives community-based sentence
A 13-year-old boy responsible for a robbery and an attempted robbery in Prince Albert, involving victims being assaulted with bear mace, will be allowed to serve his six-month sentence in the community provided he can abide by a number of conditions.
The sentencing hearing was held Wednesday morning at Prince Albert Provincial Court.
The first offence was committed June 30, 2025. Three youths wearing masks and dressed all in black, entered a cold beer and wine store and demanded alcohol.
The store clerk complied and handed over multiple bottles.
