Kim Kaldor, late of Christopher Lake, SK, beloved wife of Dale, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Mont St. Joseph Home in Prince Albert, SK.
Kim was born on November 19, 1948, in Nokomis, SK, to Edythe and Jacques Humphrey. She grew up in Nokomis and graduated from Nokomis High School before earning her Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina. While in Regina, Kim met the love of her life, Dale, and the two were married in Nokomis on April 18, 1970.
Kim began her teaching career in Deschambault Lake, SK, where she shared her passion for learning and caring for others. Her career was cut short due to her courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis, a challenge she faced with quiet strength and determination throughout her life.
Kim and Dale later made their home at Emma Lake, SK, where Kim found great joy in simple pleasures—tending her garden, planting flowers, and caring for her chickens. As her health declined, Kim moved to Mont St. Joseph Care Home, where she spent her final years.
Kim will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Dale; her children, Kristi and Kerry; her grandson, Brandon; aunt, Muriel; uncles, John (Geraldine) Zerr and Bill Woodgate; and her sister-in-law, Jacqueline Anderson.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jacques and Edythe Humphrey, and her parents-in-law, Otto and Ruth Kaldor.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Mont St. Joseph Home for the kindness, compassion, and companionship shown to Kim over the past two and a half years. Donations in Kim’s memory may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society http://mscanada.donorportal.ca or to the Mont St. Joseph Foundation, 777 28th Street East, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 8C2, or online at https://www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/10125.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Mont St. Joseph Home, 777 28th Street East, Prince Albert, SK. Family and friends are welcome to share condolences online at www.beaulacfuneralhome.com.
