Robert "Bob" Allen Pocha

Robert (Bob) Pocha, 81, beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away in Prince Albert, SK on February 3rd, 2026, surrounded by his family.
Born April 21st, 1944, to Ted and Doris in Prince Albert, SK, Bob led a life full of adventure and perseverance. He spent most of his career as a Millwright and was dedicated to the family farm in MacDowall, SK. Bob was an active member and past president of the MacDowall Metis Local #83 for many years and was recognized as a Metis Community Builder by the Metis Central WR2 in 2025. When he wasn’t travelling with Sandra, he could be found puttering in his shop or in the garden.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Sandra, and their 3 children: Michelle (Kevin), Andrea, and Janice (Glen). He will be loved and deeply missed by his 8 grandchildren: Jordyne (Alex), Jesse, Emma (Shane), Rachel (Dillan), Matthew, Amelia, Sarah, and Stefani, as well as Aunt Marion; brother-in-law, Dennis, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Frederick (Ted) Pocha and Doris Guydich as well as his siblings, Jaqueline (Syd) Robertson, Gordon (Anne) Pocha, and Lorraine Blommaert.
