Pamela Gayle Aitken

Jan. 17, 1971 ~ Feb. 02, 2026

Pam was born Jan. 17, 1971 in Moose Jaw and was raised in the Eyebrow community.

She will be sadly missed and leaves to morn her loving husband Jason Froese, his boys Kai and Noah, her parents Noreen and Keith Aitken and brother Jeffrey (Stacey Larsen) and their children Liam, Dannon and Rylan. Remembering Pam as well are Jason’s parents Ken and Faye Froese and their families.

Pam took her schooling in Eyebrow High school, then went on to University in Saskatoon to receive her BA, BEd. and her diploma in Special Education.

Pam always knew she would be a school teacher.  She started her teaching career in Prud’homme and Cudworth, calling Cudworth home and then finished her 30yr career in St. Louis.  Teaching students aged 3-5 were her favorites, but she loved children of every age.

Pam loved music, crafts and gardening just to name a few.  She travelled some but intended to do more after she retired.  Pam loved life!  Always a smile.

Then she met Jason!  They were engaged Dec. 25, 2024.  The perfect love story.

On March 15, 2025 they got the bad news.  Pam had a brain tumor.  Her life, their life, her family and friends lives changed that day.  They were married July 31, 2025 at the farm her maternal great grandfather’s homesteaded in the Eyebrow RM.

Together they fought the cancer demon.  Jason never leaving her side.  We as her family will forever be grateful.  Unfortunately, she lost the fight.

At Pam’s request there will be no service, but a Celebration of life will be held in the Cudworth Community Hall on Feb. 21, 2026 from 1-3 pm with a short program being held at 2 pm. A private family Internment will take place at a later date in the Eyebrow Community Cemetery.

In  lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cudworth Nursing Home or Rosthern Hospital Foundation in Pam’s memory.
